Overview:
I went for a group get-together and had an enjoyable time. We sat outside in a private room, which was part of the on-street seating. For an NYC chain restaurant, it was pretty good. Just about everyone in my party had a good time.
The Atmosphere:
The inside of the restaurant was relatively modern and comfortable. Our outside private room was squished with 7 people, but we made do. It was well-heated to the point where we even opened the door to get some cooler air in.
Rating 4/5
The Staff:
The staff was okay. Our waitress was a little slow and spilled some espresso martini on one of my party members' hair/sweater. They did bring a wet wipe to help clean up, but it didn't do much. It was not a big deal, but more should have been done about it.
Rating: 3/5
The Food:
The food was tasty. We started with the meatballs and an arugula salad, both of which were very good. For my main, I ordered the Gramigna pasta, which was flavourful. Many people in my party ordered the penne vodka, and all gave it their stamped approval. You get the choice with every pasta dish if you want to add burrata, so if that is your thing, you might seriously enjoy this place.
Rating: 4/5
Cleanliness:
The street-side room we were in was as well-kept as possible, and the bathroom was kept tidy.

Summary - 3.7 / 5
I recommend this place to people who love burrata. Our staff issue was a one-off, so don't let that deter you. This place serves as a backup plan if you cannot get into one of the more popular spots.
