The Staff:
The staff and service at L'Artusi exemplify professionalism and attentiveness. The knowledgeable and courteous staff members go above and beyond to ensure a seamless dining experience. Unfortunately, one of the people in my party received an undercooked main dish. The staff promptly addressed the issue. They swiftly replaced the dish with a freshly cooked one without hesitation. It was impressive to witness their commitment to customer satisfaction. What further exemplified their dedication was their decision not to charge for the dish, displaying their willingness to rectify any concerns. Overall, the staff at L'Artusi demonstrate a high level of hospitality, making guests feel valued and well-cared for throughout their visit.

The Food:
The appetizers, in particular, stand out as highlights of the dining experience. With tantalizing flavors and skillful execution, they showcase the culinary expertise of the kitchen. However, while the appetizers impressed, the main dishes left something to be desired. While decent, they fell slightly short of the high expectations of numerous media write-ups. The flavors, while pleasant, lacked the same level of depth and complexity. I did enjoy my bolognese; however, at a place with such high praise, I would expect more, and certainly, I would not expect to receive an undercooked dish.
Nevertheless, the quality of the ingredients remained evident, and the dishes were still enjoyable. The desserts, however, were a delightful conclusion to the meal. Overall, L'Artusi's food is good, particularly the appetizer. While the main dishes may not have reached the same heights, the dining experience as a whole is still a memorable one.
